Empowering From

An Early Age

Our Workshops

Our workshops are specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of children. We offer well-being workshops designed to promote mental, emotional, and social well-being, equipping children with important skills such as resilience, stress management, and healthy coping strategies. Through interactive activities, our workshops foster self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and communication skills, empowering children with tools they can use throughout their lives.

What We Offer

We also offer diversity workshops to promote understanding and inclusion, and to foster an appreciation of diversity among children. These workshops help children develop empathy, respect, and cultural competence. By addressing well-being and diversity in an age-appropriate and engaging manner, our tailored workshops aim to support children in building a foundation for a more inclusive, equitable, and well-rounded life.

Empowerment

Our programme focuses on empowering children from an early age and helping them develop the skills needed to succeed in life. We provide activities and workshops with experienced mentors that can help guide children on their journey towards success.

Testimonials

“Cindy brought to light in a meaningful, fun and striking way, “the power of words”.
The activities she chose to demonstrate that words are powerful were really well received by my two daughters. They enjoyed their workshop and spoke spontaneously about them at home in the evening. I very much appreciate that Children’s Mental Health has been discussed with the pupils at school and for Cindy’s contribution to this.”

Delphine – Workshops

“Thank you for doing the amazing workshop. My daughter benefited a lot and most importantly she spoke about it at home. This gave us to the opportunity to consolidate what you covered and discuss how it relates to the wider issues she is facing.”

Dilara – Workshops

“I just wanted to say that Leah really enjoyed the workshop you did with them on the power of words. She learnt so much and was able to explain your key messages to me. She told me about the example you used where you compared using words to squeezing out toothpaste, easy to get out but hard to take back. I thought that was a really good way to illustrate this to the kids in a way they could really understand and take it in. I look forward to you doing more workshops with the children as Leah thoroughly enjoyed it.”

Nicolle – Workshops

The children really enjoyed the workshop. It was interesting and purposeful.

Using the workbooks, making posters with post its and responding to questions kept them focused. The children were engaged and excited especially with the interactive activities.

In the afternoon, they were keen to complete the interactive activities.
