Find Your Light

Our Programme

We’re thrilled to introduce our dynamic 12-week mentoring programme ‘Find Your Light’, designed to empower children with an enlightening journey into essential topics. Our programme helps children explore the intricacies of mindset, examine their limiting beliefs, understand their feelings and emotions, the interplay between thoughts, feelings, and behaviour, the profound impact of words, how to deal with anxiety and worries, and the practice of gratitude. With the help of valuable techniques, they can boost their confidence and resilience, leading to a happier and more fulfilling life.

We Provide

Our programme provides participants a resource pack featuring interactive, fun, engaging sessions and a complementary workbook. We believe learning should be enjoyable and interactive, and our programme is designed to provide just that!

Benefits

Our programmes offer numerous benefits that can positively impact children’s overall development. Our programmes help children build resilience, manage stress, and develop healthy coping skills by focusing on their mental, emotional, and social well-being. They also improve their self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and communication skills, which are crucial for healthy relationships and social interactions. Moreover, our programme can foster a positive attitude towards self-care and mental health, instilling lifelong habits that promote well-being. Investing in a well-being programme for children can lead to happier, healthier, and more successful individuals as they grow into adulthood.

Testimonials

“He truly enjoyed this program, after first lesson he told us – that he wishes to have this lesson during the school, because many of his friends would benefit from it, he enjoyed writing into his book and talk about different modules. He is more aware of his reactions, of his feelings and can quickly change it to more positive ones. As a mum I personally think this should be mandatory through whole school, my 10 year old daughter who didn’t attend the programme really like her brother’s book and she even shared her feelings, thoughts with us! As a family we like our joyful jar and will definitely continue with it! what a great idea! Cindy had done a wonderful work with children who attended the lessons, she has a great, caring approach and all children were happy at pick ups.”

Kristina – Mentoring Programme

“Maya loved the program and was really sad when it finished. She enjoyed the homework and learning new things how to improve her confidence. Find your Light is the project which each and every child should be able to attend, learn techniques how to improve their own mental health and lead life with confidence that they can achieve things they wish for.”

Indre – Mentoring Programme

“Harry really enjoyed the sessions and his confidence and ability to communicate his feelings had definitely improved.”

Becky – Mentoring Programme

“We are very grateful for Cindy and Chanone, and the program and wish it was longer my daughter enjoyed it very much and has learned very useful tools to help her communicate her feelings and emotions she has learned that it is okay to make mistakes and that we always learn from them.”

Sonya – Mentoring Programme

“Since starting the Find the Light program, Michelle has developed more confidence in speaking to her peers and also in class. As a mother I can say she is more able to speak about her emotions, beliefs and thoughts. She is now more able to learn from her mistakes instead of getting upset about them. The course gave her a resilient push which she needed. Thank you Cindy and Chanone!”

Suzanne – Mentoring Programme

The Find Your Light Programme was popular amongst our Year 3 cohort. Following the programme, parents reported that their children’s self-confidence was boosted following the sessions, and they were beginning to have conversations about their emotions. Improved resilience was also noticed among the children. Each session was pre-planned and was equipped with bespoke resources that children used in their sessions, as well as a follow-up task that they would complete at home. The parents positively received this as it allowed them to have the necessary follow-up conversations with their child at home. Find Your Light is a programme that fits so well with the current emerging needs of social, emotional, and mental health in schools in England.
